PatientBack, a service of Juxano, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (Clinics) and their clients (Patients). This policy explains how we handle information.

2. Roles in Data Processing

Clinic as Controller: The Clinic is responsible for the personal data of its patients.
PatientBack as Processor: We process patient data (names, phone numbers, appointment times) solely to provide the services requested by the Clinic.

3. Information We Collect

From Clinics: Account information (email, billing details).
From Patients (via Clinic): We receive names and phone numbers to send automated reminders. We do not use this data for our own marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, since we use third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS providers), we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit over their networks.

5. Data Retention

We store patient data only as long as necessary to provide the services to the Clinic or as required by law. The Clinic can request data deletion at any time.

6. International Transfers

As a Delaware corporation, your data may be processed in the United States. By using the service, the Clinic consents to this transfer.
