By accessing or using PatientBack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a dental clinic or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

PatientBack provides automated patient reminder and retention tools via WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS. The service is provided as a technical platform for communication management.

PatientBack is a communication tool only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider. The content of all messages is determined and sent by the Clinic. PatientBack shall not be liable for any clinical decisions, missed treatments, or health outcomes related to the use of the service.

All software, algorithms, designs, and branding associated with PatientBack are the exclusive property of Juxano, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operating as PatientBack. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your clinic's internal business purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we suspect the service is being used for spamming, unauthorized marketing, or any violation of the WhatsApp Business Policy or other platform rules.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
